Rope Flow and Bulgarian Bag Box Squats
Still a little achy from yesterday’s DHS session, so only some rope flow to get the joints warmed and working, followed by a short leg workout this morning:
- 10 minutes rope flow
- 6 sets of 10 reps with a 25 kg Bulgarian Bag. 1 minute rest between sets.
(Also with a 10 kg weight vest on.)
Lunch
250 g homemade beefburger, 100 g feta cheese, 4 duck eggs fried in bacon grease
Post-lunch 15-minute walk.
