Rope Flow, 6 kg Mace, and Heavy Bag
Up and at it bright and early again on this beautiful Saturday morning. (A busy day ahead today.)
- 10 minutes rope flow
- 10 minutes steel mace 360s: 6 kg, 50 BPM
- 3 x 1 minute rounds on the heavy bag (1 minute rest between sets)
Then coffee. Oh the coffee! 😀
