Missed Alarm Clock, Rainy Mornings, and Lunchtime 360s
Apparantly, I didn’t set the alarm clock, so that’s probably why I missed it. It was also bucketing down all last night so maybe that’s not such a bad thing.
So, no morning session today, but after my ribeye steak, 4 boiled eggs, 1 avocado, and my usual mayo-mix, it was a 15-minute post-lunch walk, and then 10 minutes of 360s with a 6 kg steel mace. Hand switch every minute, 50 BPM cadence, and 1 rep every 3 beats.

A bit of shopping and walking in the afternoon so, all in all, a job well done.
(In other news, the swimming pool next door is now full. Time to get some lengths in… :D)
