Saturday’s Forgotten Session
No formal training, as such, but…
Strict press
- 16 kg — 10 reps each side
- 18 kg — 7 reps left, 5 right
- 20 kg — 4 reps left, 0 right
Post-lunch walk
15 minutes suitcase carry with a 14 kg bell.
I intersperse the laps of my kitchen and living room with walking presses:
1 lap left carry, 1 lap right carry, then 1 lap left press followed by 1 lap right press.
- 8 left, 8 right x 3 laps (48 total)
- Last lap was 8 left, 7 right (really feeling it in my right — the weaker — shoulder on that last one).
A few minutes rest and then 60 x 360s with a 6 kg mace (30 left, 30 right).
Another refreshing start to the day, and another day getting Stronger After Sixty.
