Wednesday, 9th September
There was a heavy storm last night but, thankfully, the rain was over by the time I went outside at 0530. As you can imagine, a little humid, but relatively cool to boot.
- 15 minutes rope flow
- Some more pendulum training with the 4 kg mace
- 200 x 360s with the 4 kg mace
- 3 x 10 sets of squats (20 kg Bulgarian Bag)
- 10 x 360s – 6.4 kg gada (I said it was 5 kg in the video, but it was the 6.4 kg one).
Strict Press – 20 kg
I tried to replicate/surpass my ‘success’ of yesterday, but could only manage a single press on the right side; 6 on the left, though, so I am getting stronger.
Lunch
‘Powerbowl‘: ground beef, bacon, salt, & pepper, butter, hot sauce, and 4 boiled duck eggs

Post-lunch walk
15 minutes around the inside carrying 2 x 7.5 kg dumbbells and throwing in a mix of alternating hammer curls, alternating shoulder presses, and triceps extensions.
Another refreshing start to the day, and another day getting Stronger After Sixty.
