Shaking Off Them Blues
Issues with my alarm clock this morning. I left my phone in a different room, so that’s my bad.
It meant a later-than-normal start to the morning, but I still got some work in.
10 minutes of rope flow, 3 sets of 40 mace 360s (20 each direction), and then 40 kettlebell cleans with a 12 kg kettlebell (20 each side).
Not exactly a massive workout, but enough to get moving and shake off them blues.
Today’s food was my favourite again: chicken thighs with mushrooms, cabbage, spinach and whipping cream, cooked in butter with salt and pepper.
Other than having mild diarrhoea as I write this, I enjoyed it very much.
The post-lunch walk was 15 minutes today. No Bulgarian bag, though.
